Our hives forage on the cover crops between Ginger rotations, and work the blossoms of incredibly diverse forest systems that cover the slopes of the ancient volcanic caldera that is the Tweed Valley.

This unique mix of plant species is reflected in the complex and nuanced flavour profile of our honey. This season’s harvest is particularly light and buttery with delicate floral undertones.
