Harvested in Northern NSW using ethical beekeeping practices, our bees forage across the forests and flowering landscapes of the Tweed Valley. This ancient volcanic caldera is known for its botanical diversity, giving our Australian raw honey its layered, nuanced flavour profile. This season’s harvest is light and fragrant, with a smooth finish and subtle complexity.

Our Creamed Raw Honey is pure Australian honey, gently whipped and slowly stirred to create a light, silky texture. A small homage to those sun-drenched moments of warmth and comfort.
Nothing added - just time and a careful technique.
We begin with our raw honey and add a little naturally crystallised honey, much like a sourdough starter. The honey is then cooled and slowly stirred over several days, allowing the larger crystals to break down and form a smooth, airy texture with a softer, more delicate flavour.
Because we take no shortcuts, the honey is never heated or heavily processed, so it keeps all the natural enzymes, pollen and propolis found in the hive.

We harvest once a year from strong, thriving hives during the Spring flow, when the bees are building fresh, delicate comb and filling it with the season’s first honey. The result is soft, melt-in-your-mouth honeycomb with light, floral notes.
