Our Creamed Raw Honey is pure Australian honey, gently whipped and slowly stirred to create a light, silky texture. A small homage to those sun-drenched moments of warmth and comfort.
Nothing added - just time and a careful technique.
We begin with our raw honey and add a little naturally crystallised honey, much like a sourdough starter. The honey is then cooled and slowly stirred over several days, allowing the larger crystals to break down and form a smooth, airy texture with a softer, more delicate flavour.
Because we take no shortcuts, the honey is never heated or heavily processed, so it keeps all the natural enzymes, pollen and propolis found in the hive.
