Our Raw Honey with Honeycomb is for the serious honey enthusiasts. and our favourite way to experience unprocessed Australian honey. In a big and beautiful 720g jar, it combines pure, raw honey with a generous piece of honeycomb, harvested straight from the hive before bottling.
Our bees have access to some of the most diverse and unique plant species in Australia. The honey produced in the Tweed Valley results in a complex and nuanced flavour profile. There are floral notes that reflect the surrounding landscape and plant species - ridge lines to gullies and valleys to escarpments.
This season’s harvest is light and buttery with delicate floral undertones.
Bottled by us in small batches, it’s honey just as it is found in the hive. Simple, pure and traceable.
