This season’s harvest is bright, citrusy flavours with a touch of spice thanks to hot, dry winds and flushes of seasonal eucalypt.

Australian Raw Honey, harvested with care from our hives in the Tweed Valley. Our bees forage on the blossoms of the ancient volcanic forests and valleys of Northern NSW. This unique mix of plant species is reflected in the rich, nuanced flavour of our honey.

Lightly filtered and never heated, it’s honey just as it is found in the hive. Simple, pure and traceable. Bottled by us in small batches.
