Australian Orders
Standard flat rate is $10
Express shipping is $15 (selected at checkout)
FREE standard shipping on all orders over $85
Please note - We cannot ship honey to Western Australia or Tasmania due to state quarantine restrictions.
Getting your order to you
We'll have your order packed and on its way within 1 – 2 business days of it being placed.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We're based in a regional area so delivery times can vary a little depending on where you are. If you need something sooner, select the express option at checkout
International Orders
We're in the process of setting up a simple international shipping option. In the meantime, please email us and we'll do our best to find the most affordable shipping solution for your location and order size.
Returns and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible. We'll arrange a refund or replacement promptly.
Where possible, please include a photo of the damage — this helps us resolve your issue quickly.
Common Questions
Can I change my order after placing it? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll do our best to help.
What if I'm not home when my parcel arrives? The carrier will leave a delivery card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Check your tracking email for carrier contact details.
Do you ship to PO boxes? Unfortunately we're unable to ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide a standard street address when placing your order.
