Our Creamed Raw Honey is pure Australian honey, gently cooled and slowly stirred. Nothing is added, just time and a careful technique, so it keeps all the natural enzymes, pollen and propolis found in raw honey.

A smooth, airy texture with a softer, more delicate flavour.

HOW IT’S MADE

We begin with our raw honey and add a little naturally crystallised honey, much like a sourdough starter. The honey is then cooled and slowly stirred over several days, allowing the larger crystals to break down and form a smooth, airy texture with a softer, more delicate flavour. Nothing added - just time and a careful technique.
