Made in Northern NSW using low intervention beekeeping practices, our bees forage across diverse native forests and flowering landscapes. To create our raw creamed honey, we use a traditional technique — starting with our raw honey and introducing naturally crystallised honey, much like a sourdough starter. It is then carefully creamed, cooled, and stirred over several days to create its velvety, buttery texture.
Because there is no heat or chemical processing, our Australian creamed raw honey retains its natural enzymes, pollen, and flavour, just as it exists in the hive.
