Our pure honeycomb results from select strong hives that naturally draw out brand new comb to be filled with the first honey of the Spring flow. With a soft and delicate texture, each bite gives way to a burst of our lightly floral honey.

Honeycomb is an experience. It melts in the mouth and is entirely edible.

Our bees have complete access to the three national parks that surround our home. They forage on the cover crops between crop rotations, and work the blossoms of incredibly diverse forest systems that cover the slopes of the ancient volcanic caldera that is the Tweed Valley.

SUGGESTED USES - Perfect for your grazing plate or charcuterie board. Honeycomb pairs beautifully with cheeses or can be spread straight onto hot crumpets or pancakes. Add to your morning porridge where it will melt into the dish giving a textural and sweet addition to your breakfast... Or you can just eat straight out of the container. We do!
